I've been in love with Photography for as long as I can remember. When I was a young child I recieved a small point and shoot camera as a present from my parents. I loved to go outside into my backyard and find all the little flowers and bugs that I could turn into a forever moment on film. Long gone are the days of blurry, child-like photographs yet the passion and craving to create that perfect image still exists.

Presently, I shoot with a Canon 20D digital camera and primarily use the 70-200 f/4 L-series lens and I use Adobe Photoshop for editing. I enjoy shooting outdoors the most because you just can't capture the beauty created through natural light any other way. I've worked in photo-journalism jobs, one for the Advance Newspaper at the University of Connecticut, and the other for my high school. Thes jobs have prepped me to think and act quickly at a shoot and always be prepared to meet an upcoming deadline. Currently, I am a student at the University of Connecticut studying Business Marketing and Equine Business Management.

Horses are my muse and the basis for my inspiration. I never tire of their glorious beauty and they are my favorite models to work with. I am a horse owner myself and have been riding since I was seven. I'm currently riding on the UConn Equestrian Team and at training my horses at home in Fresno. My experience with horses and the horse industry give me the knowledge and insight to meet your needs for equine photography. I have studied the horse's movement and know the exact moment to capture such a magnificent animal at his best.
